Do you ever take a percentage of a recovery?
Never. Finality is a flat subscription plus a fixed $97 fee per case you activate — and on Exclusive,
even the activations are included. We are paid the same whether a case recovers $5,000 or $500,000. There is
no contingency, no fee split, and no cut of your recovery — ever. Your economics stay entirely yours.
What does the free trial include?
A no-cost view of the live feed in your region: every GO-rated case as a card — the no-gos already
filtered out — each with a net recovery band, a complexity grade, and the gate stats up front (how many cases
we analyzed, how many passed). And the trial isn’t read-only: you can activate any case for $97 to
unlock its full file, including the exact net recovery and the entitled party. No card required to look.
What is net recovery, and how is it different from surplus?
Gross surplus is public record — the amount a sale brought over what was owed. Net recovery is our
proprietary figure: what’s actually recoverable once surviving liens and competing interests are
researched and reconciled against that surplus. The feed shows a net recovery band on every case;
activating a case (or subscribing Exclusive) reveals the exact figure alongside the gross surplus.
What makes a Finality case different from a surplus list?
Traditional surplus lists give you names and numbers. Finality gives you pre-analyzed, commercially
ready cases with verified intelligence — so you spend your time closing, not researching.
What is the $97 activation fee?
Activating a case releases the complete file — exact net recovery, gross surplus, the entitled party,
the full case data, and a pre-filled county claim form. It’s a flat $97 per case on the Trial and
Standard tiers, never a percentage of what you recover. On Exclusive, every activation in your county is
included at no extra charge.
How do property owners know the claim is legitimate?
Every activated case includes a branded verification letter — a polished PDF you send with your
outreach. It carries a QR code the property owner can scan to confirm, through Finality’s secure portal,
that the claim is genuine. It’s bundled with every activation on every tier at no extra cost, so you

What do entity tags show, and which tiers see them?
Entity tags flag the kind of party behind a case — Deceased, Estate, Trust, Multi-Owner, Corporate,
or Lienholder — so you can sort the feed by the cases that match how you work before you spend a dollar
activating one. Tags are visible on the Standard and Exclusive tiers.
When do I see county-level versus region-level location?
Trial shows region-level location. Standard resolves to the county wherever a market carries 15 or more
GO-rated cases, and to the region otherwise. Exclusive shows full county-level detail on every case in your
locked county.
What does Exclusive add over Standard?
Exclusive locks a county to a single operator — no one else works the same cases. It includes every
activation at no per-case charge, shows the exact net recovery on every case without activating, keeps full

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically; you can cancel at any time
